Dover Rug Company Inc. is a family owned business, our primary focus is to
design, manufacture and produce unusual, and one of a kind hand knotted
rugs and other fine floor covering for today’s living. We sell only first quality
merchandise and take pride in our product and services.
The Rugs offered on the Web are special final Sale prices, we cannot accept any trade ins or gift certificates. against web specials. Web prices may be lower than in store prices.
We may have other sizes from 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 4.6x7, 5x8, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14, 12x15, 12x18 and Runners, Rounds and Squares and oversizes for web specials, contact us for details and we will be happy to email you the images sizes and pricing. Our trade policies are as follows:
HOME TRIAL POLICY
You may try any of our rugs at home before you make your final decision to
purchase. We encourage this policy to enable our customers to make this
important decision with confidence knowing the quality, price and history of
the rug. It is important to see your rug with your existing furnishings, fabrics
and the lighting to truly appreciate the beauty of the “ Art on the floor”. Our
home trial period is for 3 days. Rugs, carpet samples held for more than 5
days will be considered a final sale and will be subject to our final sale policy.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Dover Rug Co., Inc. will not be undersold, we will match any competitors
price, provided customer submits a written proof i.e. advertisement,
competitor’s receipt with merchandise.
RETURN POLICY
All SALES ARE FINAL, (NO CASH REFUNDS). ONLY MERCHANDISE
CREDIT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR SIMILAR TYPE OF
PRODUCTS i.e. Carpeting for Carpeting, Machine Made rugs for Machine
Made rugs and Hand Knotted Rugs for Hand Knotted Rugs only. Merchandise
purchased on special sale or special order is considered final sale and is not
subject to cancellation, exchange or credit. It is understood and agreed that
merchandise on any special order is the property of Dover Rug Co. until fully
paid for.
LIFE TIME TRADE POLICY
Dover Rug Co., Inc. offers a lifetime trade policy for any hand knotted
Oriental rug purchased from us. Your investment in a rug is always
protected with us. You may trade in your hand knotted Dover Oriental Rug
at any time towards the retail price of any other hand knotted Dover Oriental
Rug in our store provided that you properly maintain, care and clean your
Dover Oriental Rug while with you.
