Dover Rug is always interested in meeting with prospective employees – women and men -- who are as committed to serving as they are interested in selling. Service is the key to our business. We endeavor to train all of our employees to listen and work closely with customers to help them select rugs and other floor covering solutions that are appropriate for their home and particular needs.

Ideal candidates will be career minded, highly motivated, well organized, and looking for an attractive, incentive-based compensation package (base salary plus commission, and a full range of employee benefits). Interior design background is a plus.
